And the answer to all of the above is YES! But don't get me wrong, if you don't put in the work; nothing will work.

Nothing changes if nothing changes and that is why you have to grab hold of your willpower and tell em' who's boss!

Here are 7 tips to get the most out of your 12 Week Fitness Journal

  1. Set Realistic Goals and write down the STEPS you're going to take in order to reach them. 

  2. Write down WHY you are setting those goals. If you ever feel discouraged throughout the 12 weeks, this is the page to look back on and remind yourself WHY you started. 

  3. Record your Measurements EVERY WEEK. This is the best way to track your progress.

  4. Plan your meals and shopping list; you won't be tempted to buy unnecessary products and run the risk of having to throw them out later-on.

  5. Write down what you eat and drink for every meal and record your water intake.

  6. Plan your workout and avoid wandering into the gym (or wherever you do your workout) and not knowing what to do or where to start. Write it down and get it done. 

  7. Review your progress every four weeks and if something is not working for you then make adjustments.
