BEGINNER One Time Payment
The Beginner training program starts with minimal equipment. Over the next weeks the intensity will increase as will your strength. Therefore, shortly into the trainings you will need to invest in dumbbells as we include more variety of exercises in the trainings.
2x 2kg or 3kg dumbbells is reccommended, depending on how strong your arms are.
Each training will work the entire body and last for 45 minutes including the warm up and stretches.
Louise will be with you from the start of the training until the end of the training. You don’t need a timer for the exercises, it is all done for you, just follow the Trainer.
The purchase is for 4-weeks and begins immediately after payment. Then you will be directed to the online training videos. All the videos have been uploaded and it is recommended that you do three per week on your own schedule.
Start with the first video and work your way UP through them. All trainings are numbered, so it is straightforward.
If you feel like these workouts are too easy for you, you may join the intermediate to advance training program.
