Eat according to the plan – if there’s an ingredient you don’t like you can omit it or substitute it with something of similar nutritional value. Chocolate, crisps, fizzy drinks and alcohol are NOT on the plan and must be kept to a minimum for optimal results.
Workout with me LIVE at 6am if you’re a morning person OR later in the day at a time that suits you.
Three LIVE Workouts a week - 45 minutes each session. All workouts are saved on IGTV forever so as long as you are in the group you can access them anytime. We currently have over 90 Workouts available.
If you are at a beginner level, The ONLY equipment you need is 2 x 2kg dumbbells and a mat. The dumbbells allow us to create an effective workout without having to be in the plank position or on our hands for too long.
