If you are a morning person, you can workout in the morning OR if you have the most energy in the evening, then workout later in the day. YOU choose the time that suits your schedule.
If you are at a beginner level, The ONLY equipment you need is 2 x 2kg dumbbells and a mat. The dumbbells allow us to create an effective workout without having to be in the plank position or on our hands for too long.
