All workouts are saved on IGTV forever so as long as you are in the group you can access them anytime. We currently have over 160 Workouts available.
If you are a morning person - workout in the morning OR if you have the most energy in the evening, then workout later in the day.
You choose the the time that suits your schedule.
If you are at a beginner level, The ONLY equipment you need is 2 x 2kg dumbbells and a mat. The dumbbells allow us to create an effective workout without having to be in the plank position or on our hands for too long.
