During this initial contact, we will:

  • Set up your personalized 4-week meal plan and daily workouts
  • Schedule your weekly 1:1 Zoom sessions
  • Provide instructions on how to communicate with me for daily support and accountability

You’ll receive all the guidance you need to start your program confidently and stay on track throughout the four weeks.
